TeleSales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with current, qualified vacation club owners through phone calls utilizing warm leads.

• Assist club owners in expanding their portfolios by purchasing and utilizing additional Ownership points.

• Provide purchase recommendations for extra Ownership points by following a thorough sales process.

• Achieve maximum net sales volume while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

• Adhere to production and effort-based standards.

• Offer exceptional customer service.

• Take part in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions.

• Collaborate with key partners throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous sales experience is required.

• Active state real estate license (if mandated in the state of residence).

• Must live in a state where HGV maintains an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).

• Comply with all production and effort-based standards.

• Exhibit basic technical skills with Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, and comparable software.

• Capability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Engage in scheduled sales meetings and training via platforms like Microsoft Teams Meetings.
