Telesales Advisor, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and assistance to both existing and potential Vodafone customers through proactive outbound sales calls.

• Engage in outbound sales discussions.

• Assess customer needs and offer customized recommendations regarding Vodafone products and promotions.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Recognize opportunities for sales, cross-selling, and up-selling.

• Market and sell Vodafone products, plans, and supplementary services.

• Professionally address customer objections to enhance the conversion rate.

• Adhere to established quality standards, sales protocols, and compliance obligations.

• Record customer interactions and sales completions in the appropriate systems.

• Meet specified sales, quality, and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

• Excellent German language proficiency for telephone-based customer service and sales.

• No technical expertise is necessary.

• Strong sales abilities along with a results-driven mindset for closing deals.

• Customer-centric communication skills.

• Capability to adhere to quality standards, sales protocols, and compliance obligations.

• Precise documentation of customer interactions and sales completions in the relevant systems.

• Motivation to meet specified sales, quality, and performance KPIs.
