📋 Description

• Conduct surveys for market research using computer-based tools.

• Utilize VOIP telephone software to make outbound calls.

• Articulate the purpose of the surveys and address any questions from respondents.

• Read survey questions from the computer clearly and exactly as written.

• Accurately document the responses gathered during surveys.

• Clarify any vague or incomplete answers when necessary.

• Adhere to all protocols for surveys and data collection.

• Operate independently in a remote setting.

• Topics covered include current events, healthcare, customer satisfaction, politics, media usage, consumer products, and more.

• This role does not entail sales, collections, fundraising, or telemarketing; there are no sales quotas, and compensation is not based on commission.

• Must currently reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

• Exceptional reading, listening, and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong reliability and professionalism.

• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.

• A quiet home office environment free from distractions.

• Access to a desktop or laptop computer.

• A modern web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).

• Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• A personal mobile phone.

• A webcam, microphone, and speakers/headset.

• Prior experience in telephone interviewing or call centers is a bonus.
