📋 Description

• Conduct market research surveys using computer-based methods from the comfort of your home

• Utilize VOIP telephone software to make outbound calls

• Provide explanations regarding the purpose of the surveys and address any questions from respondents

• Clearly and verbatim read survey questions as presented on the computer

• Accurately document the responses obtained during surveys

• When necessary, clarify any vague or incomplete answers

• Adhere to established procedures for surveys and data collection

• Operate independently in a remote work setting

• Be aware that calls may be monitored for quality assurance and training purposes

• Applicants must currently reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming

• Exceptional reading, listening, and verbal communication abilities

• A strong sense of dependability and professionalism

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in computer skills

• A quiet home office environment that is free from distractions

• Access to a desktop or laptop computer

• A modern web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.

• Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps

• A personal mobile phone

• Equipment including a webcam, microphone, and speakers or headset

• Previous experience in telephone interviewing or call centers is advantageous

• Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply
