This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to present Claro's Home service (Internet, Cable, Landline) through exclusive promotions.

• Complete 8 days of training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Work under a contract starting from the first day of On-the-Job Training (OJT).

• Manage sales from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Observe fixed rest days on Sundays and public holidays.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor should be at least Core i5 or equivalent.

• Minimum of 8 GB of RAM.

• USB headset required.

• Wired Internet speed of over 40 Mbps.

• Secondary education is mandatory.

• Active listening skills.

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.

• Commercial skills.

• Digital skills.
