This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers from other service providers who have Home services (Internet, Cable, Fixed Telephony)

• Persuade customers to switch to Claro through exclusive promotions

• Manage sales from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Complete 8 days of training from 9 AM to 5 PM

• Sign a contract at the end of the 8-day training period

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Call Center sales for at least 1 month

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home

• Processor starting from Core I3 or Ryzen 3 from the tenth generation or higher, or equivalents

• Minimum of 8GB RAM

• USB headset required

• Internet speed of more than 40 Mbps with a wired connection

• Education: Junior High School

• Skills: Commercial communication

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
