This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to present Claro's Home service (Internet, Cable, Landline), utilizing exclusive promotions.

• Engage in 8 days of training from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a contract starting from the first day of OJT.

• Work during management hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Enjoy Sundays and holidays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a Call Center for at least 1 month.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor requirement: Core i5 or higher, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• USB headset required.

• Internet connection with more than 40 Mbps wired speed.

• Education: Junior High School.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Commercial skills.

• Digital proficiency.

• Active listening skills.
