This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers from other operators offering Home services (Internet, Cable, Landline)

• Persuade clients to switch to Claro through exclusive promotions

• Work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Complete 8 days of training, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, before signing the contract

• Operate in a 100% remote capacity from home

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center sales environment

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home

• Processor should be at least Core i3 or Ryzen 3, from the 10th generation or equivalent

• Minimum RAM of 8 GB

• USB headset required

• Wired Internet connection with speeds exceeding 40 Mbps

• Secondary education required

• Strong commercial communication skills
