This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers from other operators who have Home services (Internet, Cable, Fixed Telephony).

• Persuade them to switch to Claro through exclusive promotions.

• Work schedule is from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

• Complete 8 days of training from 9 AM to 5 PM and sign a contract upon completion.

• Manage the sales campaign for Claro Perú from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month of experience in Call Center sales.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor should be at least Core i3 or Ryzen 3 from the 10th generation or equivalent.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• USB headset required.

• Internet connection with more than 40 Mbps (wired).

• Education: Junior High School.

• Strong commercial communication skills.
