This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to present Claro's Home service (Internet, Cable, and Fixed Telephony)

• Showcase exclusive promotions

• Conduct sales over the phone

• Participate in 8 days of training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Manage clients from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home

• Processor: Core i5 or higher, or equivalent

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM

• USB headset required

• Internet speed of over 40 Mbps via cable

• Completed secondary education

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Commercial skills

• Digital skills

• Active listening abilities
