This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to Entel Perú customers interested in purchasing their products and services.

• Provide information regarding new lines and renewals.

• Guide customers throughout the contracting process.

• Achieve the sales objectives set by the campaign.

• Participate in theoretical, practical, and OJT training.

• Work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off in available shifts.

• Keep the camera on during virtual training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Processor: Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 of 6th generation or higher, AMD 8 or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• RAM memory of 8 GB or more.

• Operating system: Windows 10 (64 bits) or Windows 11.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps via wired connection.

• Must have a camera and headset with USB connection.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.

• Strong verbal communication skills, customer orientation, and a willingness to work towards sales objectives.

• Perfect attendance, punctuality, and full participation during training sessions.

• Professional experience: no prior experience required.
