This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to Entel Perú customers who are interested in portability promotions.

• Provide information regarding available products and services.

• Guide customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Work schedule is from Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.; with rotating days off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be of legal age.

• PC/Laptop with 8 GB RAM, SSD, Windows 10/11, and a wired Internet connection of 50 Mbps (mandatory).

• Experience is not necessary.

• High school education required.

• Strong sales closing skills.

• Call center management experience.

• Soft skills are essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
