Teleoperador(a) C2C APP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to Entel Perú customers interested in acquiring new lines and renewing their devices.

• Provide information about the available products and services.

• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Achieve the sales objectives set by the campaign.

• Participate in approximately 12 days of theoretical and practical training.

• Work from Monday to Sunday with a rotating rest day.

• Complete an 8-hour workday plus 1 hour for breaks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• No prior professional experience required.

• Must have a personal PC or laptop.

• Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor from the 6th generation or newer; AMD 8 series or newer, or Ryzen 3 or newer.

• At least 8 GB of RAM.

• Operating system Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps via a wired connection.

• Must have a camera and USB headset.

• Availability to work during the specified hours and meet sales objectives.

• Punctual and complete attendance during training sessions.

• Camera must be on during virtual meetings.
