This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries, provide guidance, and assist clients with any issues related to their mobile lines.

• Deliver customer service for Claro Perú.

• Engage in paid training sessions.

• Operate remotely from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education.

• Experience in Customer Service is not mandatory.

• Must possess a Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise PC or Laptop.

• A headset is required.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps (Wired connection).

• Availability to work full-time in the morning shift, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, for 8 hours.
