This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries, provide guidance, and assist customers who require help with their mobile line.

• Deliver customer service for Claro Perú through a call center.

• Engage in paid remote training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education is required.

• Candidates with or without experience in Customer Service are welcome to apply.

• Must have a PC or Laptop running Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise.

• A headset is required.

• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps (wired connection) is necessary.

• Availability to work full-time in the afternoon shift, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, totaling 8 hours.
