Teleoperador de Ventas C2C, Portabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide interested ENTEL clients with telecommunications services, such as portabilities.

• Manage sales through the Click to Call modality.

• Participate in a 12-day training, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

• Adhere to a fixed full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday, consisting of 8 working hours plus breaks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Experience in CALL CENTER sales or face-to-face sales.

• Availability to work full-time, from Monday to Sunday, within a time range of 8 AM to 10 PM.

• Rotating days off.

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, starting from the 6th generation, Ryzen 3 or newer, or AMD8 or newer.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive.

• At least 75 GB of free space on the C drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• Open to individuals with psychosocial or physical disabilities: hemiparesis, amputation or absence of a limb, dwarfism.
