Asesor Call Center – Comisiones Ilimitadas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers of ENTEL to offer new lines, portability, and additional lines.

• Engage in an 11-day training program: 5 days of theoretical training, 1 practical day, and 5 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

• Keep the camera on during training sessions.

• Work in a fully remote capacity from home.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education.

• Negotiation skills.

• Sales closing abilities.

• Sales management experience.

• Telemarketing proficiency.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Laptop or desktop computer with an SSD.

• Intel i3 processor or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• USB headset.

• Webcam.

• Use the same equipment that was used during the technical review.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Sundays off.
