Call Center Agent, Ventas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to existing and potential customers of Entel

• Provide options for porting numbers, new lines, and additional lines

• Handle sales of mobile lines for the outbound campaign of Entel Perú

• Engage in a paid remote training program lasting 11 days, from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% remotely

• Wired internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps

• Laptop or desktop with Intel Core i3 or higher (6th generation or newer), Ryzen 3 or newer, or AMD8 or newer

• 8 GB RAM

• Windows 10 or 11

• Solid-state drive

• Headset and webcam

• Basic computer skills

• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
