📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls from users utilizing CLARO services

• Provide excellent customer service

• Conduct commercial management

• Promote products or services during customer interactions

• Work from home in full or part-time shifts

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Call Center / Sales / Customer Support

• Completed secondary education or higher studies

• Proficient in Office applications at a user level

• Availability for full or part-time schedules

• Willingness to work with rotating days off

• Customer service experience with the Peruvian public
