Teleoperador, Atención al Cliente

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct calls to both existing and potential clients to promote the portability to ENTEL.

• Present new lines and additional line options.

• Provide detailed information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established commercial objectives.

• Accurately record sales in the system.

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No prior work experience required.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 processor from the 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Windows 10 or later.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Must have a camera for training purposes.

• Must be a Peruvian citizen.

• Availability for training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 12 days.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
