This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both customers and non-customers of ENTEL.

• Offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines.

• Provide information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales in the system.

• Deliver friendly and courteous customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must be over 18 years old.

• No prior experience is required.

• Laptop or PC necessary.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 6th generation or higher, or Ryzen 3 or higher processor.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or newer operating system.

• Webcam required.

• Headset or headphones with microphone and USB connection.

• Skills: assertive, goal-oriented, effective communication and persuasion, dynamic.
