This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential clients through telephone calls

• Provide loans, credits, and other financial products from Alfin Banco

• Assess customer needs and present appropriate financial alternatives

• Follow up with interested clients to enhance conversion rates and finalize sales

• Participate in a two-day training session

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a Call Center

• Experience in the financial sector, insurance, or credit cards

• Positions available for Lima and other provinces

• A desktop computer or laptop

• Windows 10/11 operating system

• Core i3 processor of 5th generation or equivalent and above

• At least 8 GB of RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headphones

• Camera must be on during training

• Identity sworn declaration

• Completed secondary education
