Telemedicine Primary Care Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver adult primary care via two-way video-audio telemedicine appointments

• Develop and sustain patient panels through provider empanelment

• Ensure continuity of care and follow-up for patients

• Assess and manage a range of adult and primary care conditions

• Establish recurring schedules within a 7-day operational framework, including evenings and weekends

• Utilize the proprietary HIPAA-compliant EHR and other software tools

• Collaborate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical clinical team

• Concentrate on patient care while the practice aids in understanding insurance coverage

• Engage in evidence-based primary care practice

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed a recognized nursing or medical program with national certification

• Currently licensed in at least one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, or WA

• Capability to secure additional state licenses as required

• Valid DEA Registration in good standing for all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2

• Applicants must be residents of the United States of America

• High level of technical proficiency in using software

• A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac model newer than 2020 is necessary

• Dedication to evidence-based medicine

• Openness to learning how to diagnose and treat adult/primary care conditions

• Experience as a primary care provider in a clinical environment is preferred

• At least 3 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for APPs

• At least 2 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Physicians
