Telehealth Registered Nurse, Wed-Sat Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer direct clinical assistance to patients undergoing medication abortion.

• Address patients’ medical inquiries and concerns.

• Provide prompt triage, clinical evaluation, and individualized nursing guidance.

• Deliver culturally sensitive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate safe, patient-centered abortion care via telemedicine.

• Adhere to the assigned part-time or full-time shift schedule.

• Participate in one on-call shift beyond scheduled hours for the part-time position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required), ideally in telehealth.

• At least 1 year of experience in providing abortion and reproductive healthcare.

• Current state RN licensure in at least one of the following: CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact state license.

• Proficient clinical assessment and triage abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills for chat and virtual consultations.

• Capability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory standards, organizational policies, patient care, and documentation.

• Proficient in using online tools and technology to provide care and communicate with patients.

• Experience in delivering trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

• Dedication to reproductive justice and enhancing access to abortion care.

• Comfortable functioning in a high-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing process improvement.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
