Telehealth Registered Nurse – Part Time / Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer direct clinical assistance to patients receiving medication abortion.

• Address patients' medical inquiries and concerns.

• Provide prompt triage, clinical evaluations, and nursing guidance tailored to individual patients.

• Deliver culturally sensitive, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care.

• Assist patients through chat and virtual consultations.

• Work 10-hour shifts on Fridays and Sundays, in addition to one on-call shift outside of scheduled hours.

• Participate in process enhancement to improve care tools and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in providing abortion and reproductive healthcare.

• Active RN state license in at least one of the listed states or a compact state license.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment and triage.

• Capability to make sound clinical decisions in real-time.

• Outstanding communication skills for chat and virtual consultations.

• Proficient in navigating clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and patient documentation.

• Experienced with online tools and technology for delivering care and communicating with patients.

• Background in providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

• Dedication to reproductive justice and increasing access to abortion services.

• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing process improvements.

• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
