Telehealth Registered Nurse, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver direct clinical assistance to patients seeking medication abortion.

• Address patients' medical inquiries and concerns, providing timely triage, clinical evaluation, and tailored nursing advice.

• Ensure that each patient feels acknowledged, supported, and cared for by offering culturally responsive, evidence-based care during critical moments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (BSN required), preferably in a telehealth setting.

• At least 1 year of experience in abortion and reproductive healthcare.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Active RN state licensure in California and at least one of the following states: Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Virginia, or a compact state license plus California.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment and triage with the capacity to make informed decisions in real-time.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of providing clear and empathetic guidance to patients during times of stress or uncertainty through chat and virtual consultations.

• Proficient in navigating clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and organizational policies related to patient care and documentation.

• Experienced in utilizing online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate effectively with patients.

• Background in providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

• Dedication to reproductive justice and enhancing access to abortion services.

• Compensation: $93k-$97k + equity (higher rate based on Spanish language proficiency) + weekend differential pay.
