Senior Outreach Coordinator, Prevention & Wellness – Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create and execute results-driven programs and innovative initiatives focused on Prevention & Wellness.

• Utilize expertise in Prevention & Wellness to provide insights for decision-making and innovation strategies.

• Design, implement, and oversee specified prevention and wellness activities within the quality improvement framework and work plan.

• Assess, analyze, and document the outcomes of prevention and wellness interventions.

• Coordinate special or pilot health education initiatives targeted at specific populations.

• Generate and distribute quarterly newsletters for the community.

• Mentor junior team members in techniques, processes, and their responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in Florida.

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing position is required.

• Experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.

• HEDIS experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with execution and delivery skills, including planning, implementing, and providing support, is preferred.

• Knowledge of business intelligence concepts is preferred.

• Understanding of problem-solving and decision-making skills is preferred.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities are preferred.

• A growth mindset, adaptability, and commitment to personal and professional development are preferred.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions is necessary.

• Dependents must have separate care arrangements during work hours.
