Telehealth Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephonic patient interactions within a remote practice environment.

• Partner with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences.

• Apply critical thinking to formulate, execute, and assess comprehensive care plans for patients with various medical conditions.

• Initiate outbound calls to inform and assist patients regarding new medications.

• Facilitate continuity of care for specified patient groups through telecommunications nursing outreach initiatives.

• Deliver customer support to patients through both written and verbal communication.

• Instruct patients on medication adherence and provide training on disease states.

• Offer support to patients and their caregivers with empathy and understanding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of residence.

• Must hold multi-state/compact privileges and the capacity to be licensed in all non-compact states, territories, and the District of Columbia as required by business needs.

• Must fulfill relevant state nursing board criteria.

• Must be located in Texas or Arizona for this position.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.

• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, with set hours from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.

• Prior telephonic nursing experience is preferred.

• Experience with EPIC systems is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is preferred.
