Telehealth Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage with patients through telephonic communication to provide care and support.

• Create, execute, and assess comprehensive care plans for patients with various health conditions.

• Initiate outbound calls to educate and assist patients regarding newly prescribed medications.

• Assist designated patient groups via telecommunications nursing outreach initiatives.

• Inform patients about medication compliance and their respective health conditions.

• Work in conjunction with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences.

• Apply critical thinking and customer service skills while interacting with patients.

• Commit to a full-time hourly position, working Monday through Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residency in Texas or Arizona is required for this position.

• An unrestricted current compact RN license in Texas or Arizona is mandatory.

• Must possess multi-state/compact privileges and be able to acquire licensure in non-compact states, territories, and the District of Columbia as necessary.

• Compliance with state-specific nursing board regulations is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience is required.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.

• Previous experience in telephonic nursing is preferred.

• Experience with EPIC systems is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Licensure across multiple states is preferred.

• An RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
