
Telehealth Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate intake assessments, which include medical history, dietary habits, and lab results.
• Facilitate diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions through video conferencing.
• Offer general advice on movement, sleep, or stress management as it pertains to nutritional care.
• Utilize Allara-provided nutrition training and educational resources while customizing care to meet patient needs.
• Implement motivational interviewing and behavior change strategies throughout the continuity of care.
• Collaborate with APRNs and MDs engaged in the medical management of patients.
• Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date.
• Complete necessary charting and address patient inquiries.
• Respond promptly to administrative tasks and messages.
• Must be a Registered Dietitian with active certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Hold an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state.
• A minimum of 1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health issues is strongly preferred.
• Capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveyed with compassion and clarity.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Commitment to delivering evidence-based care grounded in the latest clinical research.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
