This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive delivery process for both new and existing customer accounts, from initial project scoping to final live deployment.
• Proactively reach out to service users to obtain informed consent, address any concerns, and schedule installations.
• Manage delicate discussions regarding capacity, guardianship, and digital inclusion.
• Coordinate with installers to ensure that each visit aligns with the service user's needs.
• Ensure recovery and maintenance of SLA compliance across all contracted accounts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with frontline staff, team leaders, social workers, occupational therapists, and local authority managers.
• Navigate the complexities of health and social care organizations and address resistance to technology adoption.
• Oversee the ongoing health of key contracts, including partnerships with London local authorities.
• Conduct customer check-ins, collect feedback, identify obstacles, and explore opportunities for expansion.
• Represent the organization at continuing professional development sessions, webinars, and industry events.
• Assist sales, marketing, and product teams in utilizing correct sector terminology and content.
• Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to scope projects and provide delivery insights for commercial proposals.
• Contribute to the strategic design of the managed service model, which includes ARC partnerships, installer recruitment, and team organization.
• Report on referral volumes, consent rates, installation timelines, and SLA performance to the CEO and CRO.
• Provide customer insights to inform product development.
• Significant experience in health and social care—either as a practitioner, technologist, or project leader (not merely an adjacent role).
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust with frontline care staff, social workers, and local authority professionals.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects that involve sensitive human factors.
• Strong knowledge of consent processes, particularly regarding capacity and guardianship issues.
• Comfortable with both strategic discussions and hands-on execution—this role necessitates both skills.
• Resilient and adaptable—capable of adjusting when plans change unexpectedly.
• Specific experience with technology-enabled care (TEC), assistive technology, or remote monitoring.
• Background in or a solid understanding of domiciliary care or local authority commissioning.
• Experience in presenting to professional audiences or delivering continuing professional development/training.
• Awareness of the challenges surrounding digital inclusion for older adults and individuals living with dementia.
• Person-centered by nature—measuring success based on individual outcomes rather than solely on business metrics.
• Commercially savvy enough to recognize that sustainable impact relies on a viable business model.
• A natural communicator who can adjust your communication style from a service user's kitchen table to a local authority boardroom.
• Open-minded about job titles or role boundaries—willing to make calls and do what is necessary.
