Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth medical clearance evaluations in accordance with SEV protocols and state regulations.

• Execute Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) and evaluate client eligibility for treatment.

• Maintain availability during designated coverage hours to assist with clinic operations.

• Complete evaluations within the established service timeframes.

• Accurately and compliantly document evaluations in SEV systems.

• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to clinical leadership.

• Provide coverage across designated locations while staying informed about state-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Compliance teams to enhance alignment and improve workflow.

• Support the clinical management of adverse events through assessment, guidance, follow-up, documentation, communication, and collaboration with Client Relations and field leadership.

• Ensure safe, timely, consistent, and compliant medical oversight at all SEV locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in New York and Massachusetts.

• Must possess at least four additional state licenses from: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, OH, MN, NV, PA, VA, and TX.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses for all SEV states (expenses reimbursed by SEV).

• Experience in aesthetic medicine is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.

• Background in telehealth, chart review, or medical oversight.

• Familiarity with aesthetic or dermatology environments is preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment.

• Robust documentation practices and understanding of compliance standards.

• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms.

• Availability for three days a week, including every Friday from 8:00 am–5:00 pm ET and every other Saturday from 10:00 am–2:00 pm.
