Telehealth Nurse – Nights, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with Small Door members via text-based chat and phone to offer telehealth services and member assistance.

• Provide an outstanding member experience by demonstrating empathy and warmth through chat and phone interactions.

• Take initiative in managing and resolving tasks while adhering to high-quality standards and deadlines.

• Work collaboratively with both virtual and in-practice team members through ongoing communication and monthly meetings.

• Apply clinical training to deliver tailored care to patients in a virtual setting.

• Keep precise medical records and documentation of communications.

• Become proficient in internal systems and tools while achieving quality and productivity targets.

• Stay informed about Small Door's memberships, services, and benefits.

• Exemplify and uphold Small Door experience standards through leadership and modeling.

• Assist with administrative processes, including insurance claim submissions, requests for medical records, and other member-related administrative duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a LVT/RVT/CVT.

• Proficient in triage; knowledgeable in identifying medical emergencies and illnesses.

• A strong desire to work for a company with a startup culture that challenges the status quo.

• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

• Exceptional communication skills and highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Customer-focused with a high degree of empathy and compassion.

• Technologically savvy and skilled in using online tools (G Suite, Slack, Intercom, or other CRM platforms, etc.).

• Availability to work flexible/non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

• A genuine passion and love for animals, particularly cats and dogs!
