This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Resolve incidents through detailed analysis of hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools.
• Repair hardware at the component level, clean and adjust mechanical components, and configure and install software.
• Conduct routine checks for preventive maintenance and replenish consumables.
• Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products and components (IMAC/R).
• Train and instruct customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Receive information regarding incidents and dispatch orders, report unforeseen issues, and document the activities performed.
• Proactively inform customers about the actions taken.
• Identify technical or process-related issues, report potential problems, and suggest improvements.
• Utilize corporate tools and processes, including the knowledge base, to find and provide solutions.
• Participate in regular training courses on hardware and software and obtain the relevant certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in some form of preventive and/or corrective maintenance.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand for most of the day, climb, and crouch while working with equipment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and inventory parts and tools.
• Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence, and teamwork.
• Extensive knowledge of PCs, PC peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Ability to use basic and intermediate hand tools.
