Technology Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold comprehensive knowledge and documentation of clients' networking environments.

• Provide application administration services for fleet management, output management, and scanning software solutions.

• Conduct solution testing, setup, configuration, documentation, training, and troubleshooting.

• Foster effective relationships with client IT administrators and personnel.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly, escalating for additional team support when necessary.

• Assist clients in achieving measurable business outcomes through the adoption of product and technical services.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer feedback, solution performance, and challenges within customer networks.

• Create and present technical materials for customer IT resources and end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Customer Success experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% to client sites, including overnight stays.

• A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient public speaking abilities.

• Must obtain security and/or other required clearances as mandated by the customer.

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or an equivalent certification required upon hiring or within the first six months.

• Adherence to customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other related measures.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
