Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Foster a culture centered on exceptional customer experience within the designated area of responsibility.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.

• Enhance financial performance by identifying growth opportunities and surpassing financial objectives.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with senior clients, providing added value and exceeding their expectations.

• Manage the Operations Management function, ensuring effective leadership and performance outcomes.

• Lead the recruitment process, as well as support the training and development of the operations team.

• Assist the sales team through site visits and presentations.

• Ensure that bids are operationally sound.

• Establish centres of excellence across sites to serve as models of best practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in contract catering.

• Proven track record in senior, multi-site operational management.

• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate large and diverse teams.

• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful client relationships.

• Strong understanding of commercial dynamics.

• Comfort with financial data analysis.

• Proven experience in managing P&L performance.
