Technology Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic governance and audit compliance framework for the Workday platform.

• Facilitate weekly Change Control Board meetings.

• Manage release strategies and tenant refresh initiatives across various environments.

• Propel global feature adoption and ongoing platform modernization via strategic roadmaps.

• Act as the main cross-functional liaison among People Experience, IS, Finance, and Audit for platform control and risk management efforts.

• Uphold a strong SOX control environment while fostering continuous innovation on the Workday platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS/Workday environments governed by SOX audit controls or IT risk management frameworks.

• In-depth understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including release management processes, security role design, and system integrations.

• Proven expertise in implementing IT General Controls (ITGCs) and overseeing audit compliance procedures.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities with a successful history of influencing stakeholders and creating collaborative partnerships.

• Workday certifications in core administrative, security, or governance areas are advantageous.

• Previous experience in managing complex cross-functional module deployments or enterprise-wide HR technology implementations is a plus.
