This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operation of a pharmaceutical hub reimbursement program under the guidance of Senior Operations leadership/Director.
• Ensure the team fulfills contractual obligations.
• Create programs that foster high motivation among team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize positive contributions.
• Mentor, advise, and establish goals for supervisors to facilitate career development.
• Provide daily guidance to team members.
• Assist associates in resolving work-related challenges.
• Support the growth and development of new associates.
• Engage in the hiring and termination procedures.
• Develop, design, and implement Train the Trainer programs.
• Offer constructive and positive feedback throughout the organization.
• Attend client meetings and prepare agendas or take minutes.
• Ensure effective communication with program support.
• Translate and manage organizational strategies to meet assigned goals.
• Identify, receive, and prioritize client issues and requests.
• Actively identify program challenges and propose solutions.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients.
• Understand billing procedures and contractual commitments.
• Participate in budget planning activities.
• Ensure program quality and adherence to SOPs.
• Design project task plans and standard operating procedures.
• Analyze reports and trends, providing recommendations accordingly.
• Evaluate the progress of tactical issues.
• Report adverse events in accordance with training and SOPs.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a reimbursement hub, specialty pharmacy, physician’s office, medical insurance, healthcare setting, or similar experience.
• At least 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Capability to resolve associate issues promptly and effectively.
• General understanding of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionalities, and operational policies and processes, especially in distribution.
• Proven ability to escalate issues appropriately to management.
• Skills in healthcare research and analysis to support payer research, healthcare policy library, and state management.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be adaptable with hours.
• Willingness to travel extensively (60% travel required).
