Senior Manager, Talent Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop Zocdoc's talent operations function from the ground up.

• Take ownership of and enhance the recruiting technology stack, which includes Gem, Greenhouse, and BrightHire.

• Assess tools and integrations while overseeing vendor relationships.

• Construct and sustain integrations across recruiting systems.

• Create and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding materials, and process documentation.

• Develop recruiting dashboards and establish metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and funnel conversion.

• Ensure data integrity and reliable self-service reporting.

• Transform recruiting data into actionable insights.

• Simplify recruiting processes to enhance the experience for candidates and hiring teams.

• Collaborate with Legal, People Systems, and Total Rewards to ensure compliance in processes.

• Standardize processes globally in partnership with TA managers and leaders.

• Supervise and develop two Recruiting Coordinators and expand the team over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in Talent/Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or a closely related field.

• Proven history of establishing an operations function from scratch.

• Practical experience in configuring and managing an ATS, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.

• Familiarity with sourcing/CRM tools such as Gem or similar platforms.

• Experience with BrightHire or interview intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Background in building dashboards and generating recruiting metrics/reporting.

• Experience in managing or mentoring a coordination team.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Capacity to function as both an individual contributor and a people leader.

• Experience in a fast-paced, global organization with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Exceptional documentation skills.
