Technology Alignment Technician – GCC, GCCH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct Microsoft 365 GCC and GCCH tenant setups adhering to current build documentation and detailed instructions.

• Adhere strictly to the build procedures as outlined, without any alterations or optimizations.

• Utilize checklists to verify that each necessary step is completed and confirmed.

• Document build evidence and completion notes that are appropriate for future CMMC assessment reviews.

• Raise any discrepancies or unclear instructions instead of making assumptions or modifications.

• Promptly report any build issues, conflicts, or lack of documentation.

• Perform monthly Cyber Maintenance Checklist tasks for CMMC-scoped tenants.

• Assess tenant configurations to ensure they align with documented standards.

• Clearly and consistently document findings for audit and assessment purposes.

• Create remediation tickets when deviations are discovered.

• Ensure ticket documentation is clear, complete, and accurate.

• Treat all documentation as potential evidence for assessments.

• Refrain from making undocumented changes or performing undocumented work under any circumstances.

• Comply with naming conventions, templates, and standards for evidence storage.

• IT Certifications (such as CompTIA SecurityX/CASP+, CompTIA PenTest+, or CompTIA Security+).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to follow instructions precisely.

• Strong interest in compliance, security, and regulated IT environments.

• Comfortable operating within structured, checklist-driven workflows.

• Willingness to seek clarification rather than improvising.

• Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
