📋 Description

• Serve primarily as legal counsel for clients involved in general civil litigation cases.

• Deliver comprehensive and customized client service from initiation to resolution.

• Offer support and mentorship to fellow barristers in related practice areas in a collaborative manner.

• Provide advisory, drafting, and advocacy services to both internal and external clients.

• Engage in various practice areas, including personal injury, credit hire, clinical negligence, occupational health/disease, property litigation, inquests, regulatory matters, motor/casualty fraud, alternative dispute resolution, costs, and employment.

• A qualification/status as a barrister is essential for this role.

• Proven experience in handling general civil litigation claims.

• Experience acquired through practice as a barrister is crucial; the duration of practice is less significant than the quality of experience.
