This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Inspire internal employees and external clients through practical technical training in electrical engineering, control technology, and hybrid systems.

• Collaborate with departments and clients to develop, plan, and organize targeted training concepts.

• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance training materials and concepts.

• Optimize existing training sessions and launch new training offerings.

• Further develop and maintain the training platform Workday.

• Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer through professional exchange with trainers and departments.

• Support responsible electrical specialists during training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education or further training, ideally in electrical engineering or mechatronics.

• Solid knowledge in electrical and control technology.

• Ability to convey technical knowledge in an understandable, practical, and target group-oriented manner.

• Structured and independent working style.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Willingness for continuous professional development, including obtaining and updating trainer certifications.

• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments.
