Trainer – Due Diligence, Mandarin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Conduct Embark training and onboarding sessions.

• Offer constructive feedback to new hires regarding AML workflows.

• Create training materials, including outlines, presentations, study guides, and assessments.

• Compile summaries of Embark performance for the Learning and Development (L+D) Manager.

• Suggest tailored training approaches for individuals.

• Provide personalized coaching and support to new team members.

• Assist in client-specific training for staff commencing new engagements.

• Propose training strategies to improve understanding of the program.

• Regularly report staff training records to the L+D Manager.

• Supervise and interact with employees between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation team.

• Design and present continuing education courses.

• Offer support to other departments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least 1 year of experience in AML.

• Availability to work outside standard business hours due to company operations across various time zones.

• A Master's degree in a related discipline is preferred.

• More than 2 years of AML experience is preferred.

• CAMS or a similar professional certification is preferred.
