Technischer Mitarbeiter – Dach & Gebäudetechnik

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Inspection, examination, and maintenance of roofs, doors, and other building technical systems.

• Execution of minor repair works and technical projects.

• Coordination, oversight, and monitoring of repair measures involving third parties.

• Conducting property inspections to document the condition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training, e.g., as a roofer, metal worker, or electrical specialist (electronic technician, mechatronic technician, electrical installer).

• Ideally, additional craft qualifications.

• Enjoyment of varying work locations across Germany.

• Willingness to pursue further training and familiarize oneself with new technical trades.

• Ability to work at heights.

• Class B driver's license.

• Customer-oriented approach, flexibility, team spirit, and strong self-organization skills.
