This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Working on PC with the company's monitoring and database programs

• Diagnosing issues with food refrigeration and freezing equipment

• Deciding when it is necessary to send a technician to the store or when issues can be resolved remotely

• Communicating with customers in English and Czech; we have German-speaking operators for German inquiries

• Adjusting cooling parameters according to customer requirements

• Providing support for service technicians

⛳️ Requirements

• Communication skills: You must be able to communicate in both English and Czech, verbally and in writing.

• Computer skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office.

• Flexibility regarding shift work: Working in a 24/7/365 day shift operation, with 12-hour shifts.

• German language skills are an advantage.

• Previous work experience is a plus.
