This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
β’ Suggest and implement fundamental water treatment applications and solutions.
β’ Relay program outcomes to ChemTreat Account Managers or senior Technicians.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support.
β’ Conduct basic water testing, capture measurements, document findings through reports, and share quantitative data.
β’ Execute water analysis and problem-solving to determine suitable chemical solutions and monitor treatment outcomes.
β’ Fulfill services as outlined in contractual agreements.
β’ Calibrate pumps and conduct repairs to restore chemical feed systems.
β’ Observe product feed rates and their effects on water samples.
β’ Modify treatment programs when discrepancies are identified.
β’ Input results into software and report findings through service documentation.
β’ Support water-related system enhancement initiatives.
β’ Oversee product inventories.
β’ Keep company equipment in optimal, clean condition.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager.
β’ High School Diploma or Technical Certification is preferred.
β’ Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing plant, or operational environment is advantageous.
β’ Proficiency in mathematics and formulas.
β’ Strong technical and analytical abilities.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership.
β’ Effective problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills.
β’ Willingness to acquire new operating system knowledge.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or equivalent software skills.
β’ Willingness to travel based on assigned territory.
β’ Flexibility to work extended hours and varied shifts.
β’ Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 60 pounds.
β’ Ability to handle drums weighing between 250β800 pounds.
β’ Capacity to lift and carry 50+ pound pails for a distance of 100 feet or up flights of stairs.
β’ Ability to occasionally ascend stairs and ladders and operate at elevated heights.
β’ Valid driver's license for short and long-distance travel within DOT regulations.
β’ Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
β’ Ability to safely work with hazardous chemicals.
