This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Support the technician during inspections, which includes setup and equipment handling.
• Adhere to established testing protocols with guidance or oversight from a certified inspector.
• Conduct QA/QC review processes on deliverables to ensure compliance with reporting quality standards.
• Comply with all safety guidelines, including visual inspections and area monitoring.
• Acquire knowledge from documented procedures and oral instructions.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Competence in using the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
• Capacity to adapt to and learn applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and other tools within the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must fulfill minimum company criteria to operate a company vehicle and qualify for coverage under the corporate insurance policy.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills are required.
• Proficient in using computers and cloud-based data management and reporting systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer service interactions.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight in a procedure-driven setting.
• Confined Space Entry Training may be necessary.
• Readiness and ability to travel on short notice and for extended durations.
• A valid driver’s license and the capacity to rent vehicles to fulfill inspection requirements.
