This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Take ownership of the documentation for end-users, administrators, and APIs for the AI security platform, from the initial framework to ongoing updates.
β’ Develop deployment and integration guides for gateway, endpoint, cloud discovery, and platform components.
β’ Incorporate code samples and configuration references.
β’ Draft release notes and in-product help content.
β’ Uphold documentation standards and style guidelines.
β’ Create and maintain API documentation using OpenAPI and protobuf definitions in collaboration with engineers.
β’ Ensure documentation remains consistent with product releases.
β’ Assess technical examples and documentation for precision, consistency, and user-friendliness.
β’ Collect feedback from customers and support teams to pinpoint documentation deficiencies and enhance clarity.
β’ Utilize AI tools for drafting, reviewing, updating, and sustaining documentation at scale while verifying technical content.
β’ Work in partnership with engineers, Product Managers, Support, security researchers, customers, and distributed product teams.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing for developer- or administrator-facing B2B software.
β’ Proficient in reading Go, Python, OpenAPI, and protobuf sufficiently to accurately document APIs, configurations, and code examples.
β’ Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows, including Markdown, Git, static site generators, and CI-based publishing.
β’ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or related technical concepts, or a proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical domains.
β’ Exceptional command of written English.
β’ Practical experience with AI writing and coding assistants, alongside a thorough process for reviewing and validating their outputs.
β’ Comfortable working with distributed engineering and product teams across various time zones.
β’ Demonstrated ownership and attention to technical detail.
β’ Experience documenting cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
β’ Familiarity with API documentation and publishing tools such as Redocly, Stoplight, Docusaurus, or equivalent.
β’ Basic Python or scripting skills for automating documentation.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in a docs-as-code setting.
β’ Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, security researchers, and customers.
β’ Become a part of a highly technical, distributed team.
β’ Incorporate AI as an essential aspect of daily tasks.
