Technical Training Specialist – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as Fieldpiece's main technical training representative within the designated region

• Create, enhance, and continually refine technical training materials, presentations, curriculum, and supplementary resources

• Provide technical product and application training to distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry experts

• Foster and enhance relationships with current Fieldpiece training centers

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for training centers

• Develop and sustain the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network

• Offer technical training assistance to internal sales teams and distributor partners

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure training programs align with business goals

• Assist at trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry-related activities

• Keep expert-level knowledge of HVAC/R applications, industry trends, and Fieldpiece solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with HVACR equipment, tools, and/or services

• Over 2 years of experience in developing technical training content, curriculum, presentations, and learning materials

• More than 3 years of experience delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences

• Strong technical skills with the capability to translate intricate concepts into practical learning experiences

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities

• Capacity to establish trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software

• Fluent in English and German

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel approximately 50%

• Preferred: experience working with distributors, manufacturers, technical schools, or training organizations

• Preferred: experience in delivering hands-on product demonstrations and application-focused training

• Preferred: familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design

• Preferred: experience in creating digital, video, or online learning content
