Technical Trainer for Allplan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing subject-specific tutoring from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Sharing expertise in ALLPLAN for CAD-based construction planning

• Implementing diverse teaching methodologies while designing lessons

• Conducting competency evaluations

• Guiding participants throughout the intensive qualification program to become CAD specialists

• Equipping participants with the skills needed for practical professional demands

• Facilitating professional skill development and integration into the job market

• Fostering modern, practice-oriented learning as a source of inspiration and a facilitator of knowledge

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a related qualification

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in this sector

• Evidence of ACP certification or a commitment to obtain it

• Proficient knowledge of Allplan, especially in creating and editing 2D elements, text, dimensions, and symbols

• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization techniques

• Understanding of BIM standards and processes

• Experience with advanced features such as macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering, and Visual Scripting

• Background in building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, staircases, foundations, and roof structures

• Knowledge of BIM strategy and project management principles

• Strong teaching and instructional capabilities

• Excellent methodological and didactic skills for effective communication of course content

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Proficient command of the German language at C2 level, as it is the language of instruction

• Teaching qualification (trainer certification under AEVO or Train-the-Trainer) is desirable
